Our Breathe steamers are made with a special sinus fragrance and essential oil blend of effervescent camphor, eucalyptus, menthol and rosemary. These steamers will aid in relief from sinus problems, colds, and allergies. An absolute must for cold and allergy season! Directions: Place one tablet on the floor of the shower out of the direct stream of water and enjoy! These steamers do require water in order to activate so make sure that some water can still splash onto the steamer. Each bag contains 10 individually wrapped steamers and each individual steamer is roughly 1.5 oz. NOTE: Steamers are intended for shower use only and are not made for use in a bath.
